This peer group brings together Directors of Nursing and Midwifery to collaborate and share knowledge on developing effective systems that support, evaluate, and continuously improve nursing and midwifery practice in maternity services. By fostering collaboration and peer learning, the group helps strengthen leadership and enhance the quality and safety of care for women and newborns.
