Who is it for?
In 2021 WCHA launched this series to create an opportunity for members to hear about innovations or changes to models of care that improve:
- the effectiveness and efficiency of careāÆ(systems)
- experiences of providing and receiving careāÆ(experience) and
- health outcomes that matter to patientsāÆ(outcome).
