Welcome to our newest WHA member: Latrobe Regional Health

Women’s Healthcare Australasia (WHA) is pleased to announce that Latrobe Regional Health VIC has recently joined our membership community and we would like to warmly welcome them.

Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is located at Traralgon West and is recognised as the regional provider of specialist health services in Gippsland VIC. They care for a population of more than 290,000, covering a catchment area about 42,000 square kilometres from Phillip Island to Mallacoota in the far east.

They provide cardiac care, surgery, medical, renal, emergency care, aged care, women’s and children’s services, pharmacy, allied health and rehabilitation.

LRH is a values-based organisation. Their values – Person-centred care, Integrity, Excellence and Working together – are the foundation of their service and set the standard in everything they do.

More than 155 maternity healthcare services now belong to the WHA community, representing 83% of public births in Australia

This depth of membership ensures that our community brings a rich array of expertise and experience to the mutual learning & sharing that occurs through our benchmarking, networking and events – we are thrilled to welcome Latrobe Regional Health as they become a valuable member of our community.
