Women’s Healthcare Australasia cordially invites all interested members and representatives to the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held in person at Rydges North Sydney in conjunction with the WHA Safety & Quality Insight Forum, and will also be accessible via Zoom web conference as follows:

Meeting Agenda
President and Board Chair, Professor Jonathan Morris will provide an update on WHA’s activities and finances over the 2024-2025 financial year. Following the President’s report, members will then appoint an Auditor for 2025-26.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions and/or provide comments to the Directors of the Board and CEO of WHA.
Call for Nominations for WHA Director
In accordance with the WHA Constitution, the Board must comprise a minimum of eight Directors, with each Elected Director serving a four-year term. At this Annual General Meeting, four Director positions will become vacant.
Members are invited to nominate individuals from WHA member hospitals who demonstrate the experience, expertise, and commitment required to contribute effectively to the governance and strategic direction of the Association. Should nominations exceed the number of available positions, an election will be held at the AGM in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
To nominate a candidate for a vacancy on the WHA Board of Directors, please complete this form and return it to WHA’s CEO, Dr Barb Vernon by COB Friday 10 November 2025.
