Complete a survey of your experience of preterm or early term birth   

We are seeking to collect information via a survey, to help us understand more about peoples lived experiences with preterm and early term births, to inform work in a National Project.

We are seeking to collect information via a  survey, to help us understand more about peoples lived experiences with preterm and early term births, to inform work in a National Project. We would like to hear from women and their families who have experienced any of the following in the last 5 years.

  • Women and their partners who have had recent experience with care that related to prevention of preterm and early term birth
  • Women who have had babies born before 39 weeks
  • Women whose baby was born preterm (before 37 weeks)
  •  Women who received intervention during their pregnancy to prevent preterm birth
  • Women whose baby was born by caesarean section or induction of labour between 37 and under 39 weeks.

This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

If you have had more than one pregnancy that was preterm or early term birth please answer this survey for one of your pregnancies.
